Hi Pip, this is my first time here and love to see the recipe! I'll be using it today to make stuffed capsicums - simply add some rice and tuna, then stuff that cap! Delicious! :)

Hey Pip, new subscriber! Have you ever used fresh diced tomatoes in this recipe? I have heaps from my garden and have pasata coming out of my ears!
