Cosy Chickpea and Vegetable Braise
A quick and nurturing bowlful!
Turnips. Gosh.
Such an underrated vegetable, don’t you think? In this dish they are just perfect. But they’d be a wintery and comforting addition to an already bolstering braise. If you can get baby turnips they’d be brilliant for this, but I grabbed some medium sized turnips from my local veg shop and they were just lovely.
