Spaghetti with Roasted Tomatoes and Pea & Goats Cheese Pesto

Today’s recipe is perfect for right now, when our Southern Hemisphere tomatoes are almost finished. Their roasted, blistery sweetness makes its own sauce and sidles up brilliantly to the pea pesto. A perfect saucy pair to dress your favourite spag with. Just add a tumble of fresh herbs and off you go!
