I have a basic peeler like yours but I also have this double ended one I got from the Freo markets over 10 years ago that has a wide peeler on one end & a thin julienne peeler on the other end. I love them both & would not switch either of them.
Tim is on a cheese in toast bender right now. He uses the Beerenburg smokey honey mustard then pops a slice of Colby a few slices of tomatoes & then tops with pizza cheese mix. It’s VERY tasty but I think he’d love your kind too. Might make it for him over the weekend.
